TUESDAY: 8.30pm to 9.30pm THE ESSENTIAL BREATH SESSIONS & Relaxation (Zoom only)
WEDNESDAY: 6.30pm to 7.45pm – (in-Person only).
FRIDAY: 9.30am to 10.45am – (Zoom & in-person).

The classes are £6.50, or you can pay in advance for 5 classes at £26, or 10 classes for £49.

We explore yoga in a flowing combination of stretch and strength, opening and restoring to find a place of ease, focus and meditation.

The classes are varied and embrace all styles of yoga, ancient and new, with particular influence from Kundalini, Scaravelli, Anusara and Jivamukti Yoga.

All classes are deeply grounding yet uplifting. Sometimes we focus on a particular part of the anatomy to gain a deeper understanding of the skeletal, muscular, endocrine and respiratory systems. or we may focus on the energy within and around us, especially the natural world – from elements and seasons to the cycles of the moon.

My passion is to provide inspiring, flowing, challenging and ever evolving classes within a peaceful and kind embrace, and thereby bring about knowledge and understanding of the great architecture of our body and what animates us.

One-to-one classes are tailor-made to you and your needs. Helping with recovery, injury, alignment and stress. Giving you the personal attention to attain strength and vitality. Realise your full potential through a weekly one-to-one, or once in a while to fine tune.

Classes are held in Wimborne and Bournemouth at the following times:
MONDAY: 6.30pm to 7.45pm in Wimborne

TUESDAY: 8.30pm to 9.30pm ZOOM ONLY
WEDNESDAY: 10am to 11.15am in Penn Hill, Bournemouth (at The Yoga Shala)
WEDNESDAY: 6.30pm to 7.45pm in Wimborne
FRIDAY: 9.30am to 10.45am in Wimborne (term time only)
